Hot Italian sausage, caramelized sweet onions, herbed ricotta, fennel pollen, Calabrian chili oil. Calabrian salami, red onion, chili flakes, pecorino cheese and sunny side egg. Turkey, provolone, bibb lettuce, tomato, pancetta, pesto mayonnaise.
All natural angus beef, roasted onion aioli, lettuce, tomato, red onion, bacon, cheddar cheese. Chicken breast, mozzarella cheese, roma tomato, basil leaves, pesto aioli. Half of any sandwich and cup of soup; not available with burger. Smoked chicken, stuffed pasta, spinach braised tomato chutney, aged provolone fonduta. Parmesan crusted chicken, mozzarella cheese, spaghetti and house-made tomato sauce. Parmesan breaded eggplant, spinach, basil, cipollini, mozzarella.
Good and service. The appetizer was fried calamari which was too much coating and was horrible tasting. We both ordered the Salomon for dinner and it had a strong fishy smell to it and they covered it with a cream sauce to hide the taste.
I realize COVID 19 has been hard on restaurants and hotels but we travel up about once a month and eat at this place at least one night and many breakfast meals. The food is fair at best and the value is poor. We would be happy to buy a bottle of wine if you had a few choices in the Pinot noir line that was good. They just lost a customer that would spend three hundred dollars a month during the most limited menu with a fair cook.

We will work on earning that 5th star on your next visit. I wasn't aware this is a restaurant in a marriot hotel. The menu was extremely limited and ambience was that of a hotel lobby.
I apologize for the confusion regarding our restaurant, Pancetta. We have streamlined our menu during the pandemic and have loaded that menu into OpenTable. We do look forward to when all restriction are lifted and we can put our full menu back in place.

We look forward to seeing you soon. This was my first visit, We ordered from the prefix menu. My husband and I both ordered the hanger steak and lobster bisque.
Meat was tender and cooked perfectly. The lobster bisque was good as well. We plan to return to check out their regular menu. Just ok Service was also just ok. Family dinner before oldest goes back to College. Although there seemed to only be 2 servers working, resulting in the service being slow. Other than that, we had no issues! Seven of us went to eat December 31st after not being able to find any other restaurant.

It had to be in the high 60s and it was in the 70s outside. Don't understand the waste of resources. We come here once a month. The food is good and the prices good for a hotel restaurant. We walked over and really enjoyed the dinner. Good food and the service was very pleasant. I had a salmon salad and My husband had the pan roasted chicken. We were even able to sign for our meal even though it was a Marriott property and we were at s Hilton.
