In my opinion, being able to have Quick Revive save to your profile for TranZit is possibly the greatest thing that could happen. I wonder if it is possible to unlock any other permanent perk effects. If you play with people, someone can manage the zombie, and someone can stand in the lava which will constantly down them so you can pick them up the amount of times that are required for this to work. So yes, you can do this in round one. You only have to do this one time, as the effect saves to your profile.

At Tier 4 reviving another player will give both players a temporary movement speed boost, and at Tier 5 the perk allows the player to kill an enemy while downed to revive themselves, causing them to lose the Quick Revive perk.
The Quick Revive machine is small, with a dark turquoise and white paint job. On the front of the machine is a quote that says "Quick Revive!.
Under it, there is a compartment where Quick revive bottles can be taken from. Beside that is a bloody handprint. Under that, there is a coin machine with a blood stain on it and surrounding this are white bubbles with quotes such as "sold here" and "ice cold". On the top of the machine is a circle with the Quick Revive shield on it. I was in a game with one of my friends and he lost it in the middle of a round for no apparent reason. He had not been downed the entire game either. User Info: Haseo To get the invisible permanent Quick revive you ahve to revive teammates times in one game, then you will get a greeen flash.
You will keep that upgrade throughout multiple games. The way you lose it is by starting to revive a teammate but then get interupted and stop. Then you have to do the process all over again.
It is not Permanent.
